About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for driving sales performance and strengthening retailer partnerships within your assigned region. You play a key role in growing market share by combining strong commercial execution with strategic business support for our retailer network.

You act as the main point of contact for retailers, translating company strategy into local action, ensuring optimal product positioning, strong dealer performance, and long-term business growth.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with retailers, ensuring long-term partnerships across Centre-South Italy area (Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Molise, Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia, Sardegna)
  • Drive sales performance and market share growth within the assigned territory
  • Analyze market potential and identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Provide strategic business consulting to improve retailer sales and service capabilities
  • Actively sell and promote products, supporting assortment planning and in-store execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Use CRM systems to manage accounts, track performance, and maintain accurate data
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on sales strategy and initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales programs and initiatives across the territory
