About The Role:

As a Territory Manager, you'll join our dynamic South Pacific Sales Team in either Sydney or Melbourne, driving growth through both direct end-customer engagement and close collaboration with our reseller and alliance partners. Your contribution will be essential in expanding Scality’s presence in Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific countries by capturing demand and supporting our channel partners around Scality ARTESCA, including ARTESCA+ Veeam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects and partners to understand business needs, articulate our value proposition, and position Scality’s ARTESCA solutions effectively. Educate prospects and partners on key ARTESCA differentiators, including cyber-resilience, unified deployment, cost savings, and deep integration with Veeam.
  • Drive the sales cycle directly with end customers, and collaboratively support reseller partners throughout the sales process.
  • Generate pipeline by actively following up on marketing leads, leveraging channel partner referrals, and executing outbound sales prospecting.
  • Engage proactively with channel partners and build strong channel partner relationships, helping them identify and work on new ARTESCA and ARTESCA+ Veeam opportunities.
  • Recruit new local Scality Cloud Service Providers (SCSPs)
  • Engage proactively with our key alliances to drive joint pipeline growth.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in tech (ideally software/IT infrastructure).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Established network within the industry that can be leveraged.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales, channel management, and product marketing teams.
  • Self-starter attitude with high energy, adaptability, and a passion for SaaS/IT innovation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), backup solutions (especially Veeam), and channel strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
