The Role

Territory Head

The Territory role offers to build strategic plan to attract more core producers for more business volume

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead various initiatives such as Agency Recruitment Squad, , Agency Contest and Campaign design, and working groups

  • Organize and arrange Events and Conferences; Manage and coordinate all Departments and stockholders for events and Conferences

  • Build strategic plan to attract more core producers for more business volume

  • Coaching and Training on capability both hard and soft skills

  • Writing Media & public releases

  • Hosting Department events when necessary

  • Create & implement recruitment strategies per individual recruitment segments

  • Create & implement a detailed recruitment strategy & implementation plans for Full-time Agency concept and SME recruitment segment

  • Create a detail strategy to recruit new agents & leaders from financial industry

  • Communicate & cooperate with Branch recruitment managers, ADs, AMs and other key stakeholders within Agency

  • Perform other Ad-hoc tasks as required
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of management experience in financial industry

  • Experience in facilitating project management in the financial services industry

  • KPI Problem Solving and Decision Making / Change Management skills / Project Management skills / Performance Management skills / Balance Scorecard skills / Empowerment Skills / Strategic Thinking

  • Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills

  • Attention to details and accuracy

  • Creativity

  • Communication skills
