As a TBM, you'll represent Dexcom in New Zealand, driving sales growth and fostering relationships within the diabetes healthcare sector. Where you come in:

  • You will influence healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products, provide product education, and promote Dexcom at trade shows and community events.
  • You manage your assigned territory, meet sales goals, and ensure cost-effective travel and business expenditure.
  • You support fellow team members through coaching, mentoring, and administrative assistance, fostering a collaborative and goal-driven environment.
  • You lead training events, support the Professional Education Team, and drive advocacy activities to enhance Dexcom's presence and impact in the market.

Essential Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in diabetes/medical device sales.

  • You hold a current driver’s license and working with children’s check.
  • You are flexible to work weekends and/or evenings as needed.
  • You have unrestricted work rights within New Zealand.
