DIVERSEY Hellas S.A. is seeking a talented and passionate Territory Account Manager to join our Professional Division.

What you’ll do:

· Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by developing existing accounts and winning new customers

· Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions

· Prepare and negotiate contracts in line with company policies

· Ensure effective implementation of key account agreements through data analysis and reporting

· Build strong, long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business

· Monitor and report competitor activity

· Plan and prioritise activities to achieve sales and profitability targets

· Collaborate closely with technical and customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

· Train customer personnel on the correct use of products and solutions

What you’ll bring:

· 1–4 years of successful sales experience

· University degree (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Food Chemistry is an advantage)

· Excellent command of English

· Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Clean driving license and flexibility to travel

· Self-motivated, well-organised and results-driven mindset

· Persistence in achieving objectives and identifying new business opportunities

· Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels
