We are looking for a results-driven Territory Account Manager to cover the EMEA region to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Job Description:
As an Territory Account Manager EMEA at Finning, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the return on our Used Equipment sales channel within your designated territory. Your mission will be to identify supply opportunities, develop strategic sales channels, and interact with the Caterpillar Dealer network to drive export sales. You’ll also ensure our CRM system is up-to-date, reflecting your proactive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise Return on Used Equipment Sales

Identify and capitalize on supply opportunities across all brands of equipment.

Deliver equipment in line with forecasts to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Develop Strategic Sales Channels.

Facilitate export sales for non-Caterpillar and strategically targeted Caterpillar & off-brand machines.

Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to create profitable sourcing and selling opportunities.
Engage with Caterpillar Dealer Network

Drive the progress of Used Equipment Export Channels within your territory.
CRM System Management

Maintain accurate and timely customer records to ensure seamless operations.
Skills & Experience:

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
-
Financial literacy and negotiating prowess

Commercial acumen with a focus on sales and negotiation

Experience in account planning and remote territory management

Proven ability in cold calling, prospecting, and business development

Knowledge of the used equipment market and construction equipment

Second or third language is a plus, but not essential

At least 3 years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets

Service experience and understanding of repair procedures and costs
