As a Terminal Operations Manager, you will be part of our Operations Team, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of our terminal(s), ensuring smooth coordination of arrivals, departures, staff, and vendors. You will play a key role in guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and service quality at the terminal, while providing data-driven insights that support better decision-making across the operation.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, operational environment.

About the Role

  • Manage payments to terminal service providers.
  • Coordinate bays, platforms, and scheduled arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinate terminal staff (assistants, supervisors, support staff), including payroll, schedules, and incident tracking.
  • Oversee general terminal administration: supplies, access control, maintenance, safety and security, cleaning, and local vendors.
  • Manage auxiliary services, cleaning, and bus maintenance coordination.
  • Oversee inventory management.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on incidents, billing (payment status, pending items, discrepancies), operations, and inventory.
  • Build tracking dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Provide insights on recurring incidents by business partner, route, unit, or technology.

About You

  • Proven experience in staff leadership and people management.
  • Experience implementing and monitoring training programs and safety procedures.
  • Strong ability to work with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Personal initiative, resilience, and a self-driven, goal-oriented working attitude.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
