Aufgaben
* Supporting the Terminal Manager in the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the LNG terminal
* Planning and implementing the integrated operation and maintenance plan for the terminal
* Coordinating daily work processes at the terminal (including permit-to-work, maintenance and external services)
* Acting as an interface for internal departments and operational partners
* Ensuring compliance with all safety, emergency and environmental requirements as well as legal regulations
* Conducting audits, inspections and safety inspections and assisting in the investigation of incidents
* Representing the Terminal Manager during his/her absence
* Preparation of reports and technical document management
Qualifikation
* Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or similar
* At least 3 years of experience in terminal operations or 5 years in the chemical/energy-related process industry
* In-depth knowledge of process safety – ideally in the field of LNG or natural gas
* Experience with safety and quality management systems (e.g. ISO, IMO, SIGTTO)
* Knowledge of project management is an advantage
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Confident use of MS Office
* Very good written and spoken German and English
