Termelési technikus (Gyógyszergyártás)

Termelési technikusként a gyógyszergyártási folyamatban veszel majd részt, úgy mint a gyártás különböző szakaszainak elvégzése, illetve a szükséges berendezések és eszközök szakszerű előkészítése és üzemeltetése.

Főbb tevékenységek:

• A gyártási folyamat különböző lépéseinek elvégzése, mint például előkészítés, táptalajkészítés, detoxifikálás, tisztítás, szűrés, szétosztás és bulk készítés.

• A termeléshez szükséges berendezések és eszközök tisztítása, sterilezése, szabályos üzemeltetése és állapotának nyomon követése.

• Mintavételek végrehajtása és gyártásközi vizsgálatok elvégzése (pl. flokkulálás, pH mérés, értékmérések).

• A gyártás során keletkező eszközök gépi és kézi tisztítása, valamint hulladékkezelés az EHS részleggel együttműködve.

• A gyártóterület takarítása, fertőtlenítése és tisztántartása.

• Gépek naplójának pontos vezetése, dokumentációk és sarzslapok naprakész kezelése a GDP szabályainak betartásával.

• A validációs munkákban való aktív részvétel.

Elvárások:

• Szakirányú középfokú végzettség (pl. vegyésztechnikus) és/vagy Gyógyszergyártó tapasztalat

• Felhasználói szintű MS Office ismeretek

• Pontos, precíz munkavégzés az érvényes gyártási előiratoknak megfelelően.
