We are currently seeking a Tenders & Proposals Specialist to support responses and engagements with clients in the public sector
The role includes:
- Managing the entire tender response process from initial identification to final submission
- Identifying and collecting potential tenders
- Drafting proposal documents and building proposals across all stages
- Defining strategy to formulate the most competitive proposal
- Reviewing proposal outcomes, analyzing findings, and deriving professional insights
- Building and maintaining a data repository and statistical information
- Providing close support to consulting departments across all public sector engagements
- Bachelor’s degree- required
- Proven experience supporting and submitting proposals and tenders in the public sector, including demonstrated experience managing tenders in accordance with the Mandatory Tenders Law- required
- Experience in project management within the public sector- an advantage
- Familiarity with proposal and tender methodologies, with emphasis on the governmental sector- an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure with tight submission deadlines-an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to coordinate and synchronize teams and professionals from diverse disciplines to support tender submissions
- High level Hebrew writing and drafting skills
