Key Responsibilities
- Provide process and administrative support within sales to ensure efficient operations.
- Support sales-related activities, including:
- Managing the administrative tasks of tender business
- Processing internal orders
- Communicating product changes
- Handling campaign inquiries
- Regularly generate or assist in the creation of sales reports to support business insights.
- Support the Country General Manager with various tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized training or certification in systems administration or related fields is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in systems and administrative tasks, with strong technical and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
- Knowledge of LOU is an advantage
- Typically requires 1–4 years of relevant professional experience.
