Tencent Cloud Solution Architect Intern (Indonesia Market)

What the Role Entails

Position Overview
As Tencent Cloud strengthens its footprint in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Solution Architect Intern to support our Indonesia market. Based in Shenzhen, you’ll be working closely with experienced solution architects and product experts to understand customer needs, develop technical solutions, and assist in driving project delivery and implementation. This internship is designed to offer deep exposure to cloud infrastructure and architecture strategy, with a clear path to a full-time position in Indonesia for strong performers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical consulting and pre-sales support for Tencent Cloud’s IaaS and PaaS product offerings for enterprise clients in Indonesia.
• Participate in solution planning and technical documentation, aligning customer needs with Tencent’s cloud architecture.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle from technical requirement gathering to solution delivery and issue resolution.
• Contribute to solution design materials, integrating components like virtualization, big data, security, and AI to address customer challenges.
• Join internal training sessions and participate in product knowledge sharing, helping local partners and clients understand Tencent Cloud’s architecture best practices.
• Provide input for product feedback based on Indonesia’s market and industry trends.

Who We Look For

• Final-year undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship in Shenzhen, with interest in relocating to Indonesia for full-time placement post-internship.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, networks, and system architecture (IaaS/PaaS, virtualization, middleware, storage, security, etc.).
• Proficient in Chinese Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with a keen interest in building scalable cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of high-availability infrastructure (e.g., DR, multi-site deployment) is a plus. Tencent Cloud Certification or similar credentials are highly regarded.
