How You Bring the Purpose of Your Role to Life
In this role, you are the voice of the tenant and the connector across stakeholders. You will:
Act as the primary on-site contact for tenants, building trusted relationships and responding to issues with urgency and professionalism
Ensure tenant operations remain uninterrupted, carefully coordinating works in a zero‑tolerance outage environment
Lead the end-to-end management of tenant issues — from reporting, triage and response through to resolution and communication
Provide visible leadership during incidents, ensuring clear communication and coordinated response across teams
Represent tenant needs in planning and operational decisions, proactively identifying risks and service impacts
Maintain high standards across shared services (EoT, common areas, access, cleaning, maintenance), ensuring a premium customer experience
Drive continuous improvement by analysing customer-impacting events and implementing preventative solutions
About You
You are a customer-first facilities or property professional who thrives in complex, high-pressure environments where responsiveness, structure and communication matter.
You understand that in a mission-critical environment, every interaction, decision and action has operational consequences.
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring
Proven experience in commercial property, facilities management, or critical infrastructure environments (minimum ~5 years)
Strong background managing tenant relationships and service delivery in multi-tenant buildings
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in 24/7 mission-critical or high-availability environments
Experience coordinating maintenance, contractors, and service providers, ensuring performance and compliance
Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills, including escalation handling
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Sound understanding of WHS, security, and operational risk management requirements
Ability to translate technical or operational issues into clear, customer-focused communication

Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management, building, or other property management related field experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure, deadline critical situations
- Experienced in engaging and managing management expectations
- Expert communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements & critical facilities operations
- Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
- Trade background in Electrical or Air-conditioning fields
