Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Lead the creative development of branded video content from initial concept through final delivery.
- Develop and present compelling pre-production concepts, treatments, and pitch decks to clients.
- Facilitate creative client meetings to align on project objectives, deliverables, and production strategy.
- Oversee every stage of production, including concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Direct on-set productions, managing talent, crew, equipment, and creative execution to ensure a successful shoot.
- Partner closely with editors throughout post-production to ensure storytelling, brand alignment, and creative excellence.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, production resources, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal partners, including marketing, legal, and compliance teams, while maintaining organized production documentation and delivering post-project insights to clients.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
- 3+ years of experience producing branded video content.
- Proven success leading creative development from concept through final delivery.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience directing video shoots and leading production crews.
- Proficiency with professional video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, creative strategy, and production best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to adapt to evolving production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in person in our New York City office four days per week.
The hourly pay rate for this role is $92.86 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
