OUR VALUES: We have two core values: Fun & Authenticity.

  • FUN = Being sh*tty isn’t fun. Agreed? Taking pride in your work, finding joy in being GREAT, and celebrating wins… and losses. Now, that’s fun!
  • AUTHENTICITY = Focusing on being authentic over being liked. (Next-level guru stuff. Count it.)

Fun Fact: We do not allow email to be sent internally. Carrier pigeons only. JK, we use Slack.

AUTONOMY: We practice autonomy, empowerment, and accountability so that every team member can be in control of their own life.

  • HYBRID WORKING: This role is required to be in our Inglewood office every Tuesday and Thursday with the occasional third day thrown in.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an execution superstar who loves turning big creative ideas into seamless, real-world retail magic? We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our wholesale presence. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, coordinate custom in-store displays, keep external field agencies on track, and manage our advocacy platform on ExpertVoice. As the central connector between Sales, Creative, and Media, you’ll keep live signage projects moving, track display budgets, and make sure our retail partners look 100% polarized perfection!

*Note: This is a Full-Time TEMPORARY position from ASAP through November/December depending on business need.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary visual merchandising and marketing point of contact for key accounts, collaborating directly with partner teams to develop custom merchandising and integrated co-marketing solutions
  • Partner with external retail merchandising agencies (Winston, RMS) to design visit cadences to ensure field compliance, and synthesize retail data to brief Sales and inform seasonal buying decisions
  • Monitor and support the execution of live projects for new-instore signage and visual merchandising features
  • Coordinate comprehensive distribution logistics, specialized pre-order fulfillment for custom displays, and track associated spend (including Pay4POP programs)
  • Coordinate co-marketing campaigns as the connector between Sales, Creative, Product, and Media teams, ensuring product/inventory alignment and analyzing post-campaign performance
  • Coordination of our online advocacy and education platform (ExpertVoice), exploring upcoming opportunities for product lesson development
  • No direct reports – you get to lead the charge, without managing your fellow flamingos
  • This role is in the Sales team and will report directly to the Sales Operations and Enablement Manager
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • May or may not have a degree...we don’t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)
  • 2+ years experience in Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, or Retail Operations
  • Solid organizational and project management skills that include attention to detail and multitasking
  • A self-starter who can rely on their skill in prioritizing and organizing their workflow to coordinate multiple departments
  • Strong communicator who lives into collaboration
  • Driven by personal growth and thrives in an environment of constant feedback
  • Is proactive and an independent problem solver! (Can you google a question?)

WHAT YOU GET

  • This is a Temporary position
  • Start date: ASAP
  • End date: November 30, 2026 (with potential for extension)
  • To be involved in the most exciting sunglasses brand to hit the athletic space
  • Paycheck....obviously. Hourly range: $35 - $40/hr, final offer will be made within this range based on experience
  • Free sunglasses
