Come experience Notre Dame Athletics firsthand! The Ticket Office Representative plays a key role in delivering a positive first impression and exceptional service to fans, students, and guests attending athletic events. This position assists with game day and event ticket sales, will call, customer communications, and general ticketing inquiries, ensuring each patron enjoys a smooth and efficient experience. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, along with a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and reprints through the ticketing system in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, resolving ticketing issues courteously and professionally.
  • Communicate with customers by email, phone, and text message to answer questions, provide assistance, and address ticketing needs.
  • Assist with will call operations, including distribution of pre-purchased and complimentary tickets.
  • Work a ticket office window on Football Fridays to assist customers with ticketing issues, answer questions, and sell tickets.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments while following established financial procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing policies, event schedules, and venue seating.
  • Support the setup and closing of ticket windows on game days and during special events.
  • Assist with placing, collecting, and positioning ticket scanners throughout the stadium to support efficient entry operations.
  • Collaborate with full-time staff and student workers to ensure efficient box office and event operations.
  • Represent Notre Dame Athletics and the University in a positive and professional manner at all times.

  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a courteous and professional attitude, especially when assisting customers with challenging situations.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively through email, phone, and text.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations and the ability to learn and utilize ticketing software and other technology.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with full-time staff, student employees, and other event personnel.

Additional Information

Hourly rate: $15.00/hour
