In this Temporary Talent Partner role, you’ll support Stavvy’s People & Culture team as we work to fill critical roles. This is an anticipated 4-month contract opportunity with potential for extension pending the needs of the business. As a generalist recruiter, you’ll support our business and technical teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff to People Operations
  • Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers as well as coach new interviewers and managers on recruiting processes
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Source, engage, and attract top talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone interviews, to evaluate qualifications and match for role
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network for future hiring needs
  • Champion the candidate experience through effective and timely communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience of full-cycle technical and business recruiting experience with a strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Proven track record of successfully setting, achieving, and exceeding requisition goals with high-quality candidates at an early-stage company
  • Experience with Lever or similar ATS
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of outbound sourcing strategies and tactics using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Compensation Education

  • Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • The Boston based range for this full time position is $70,000 to $90,000.

Located in the heart of Boston's financial district, our new office is easily commutable (5 minute walk to south station and multiple t stops) and is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. We cater happy hours once a quarter and lunch every Tuesday/Thursday from a variety of local restaurants.
