General Position Description 


The site Coordinator provides site-specific property administrative support, site management support, and property access coverage. 


Duties and Responsibilities 

Property Administrative Support 


  • Support the move-in and move-out of participants into units. 

  • Collect and track participant rent (when applicable) 

  • Provide property management support in safety planning, preventative maintenance, site sanitation planning, disaster preparedness planning, and other projects assigned 

  • Maintain the property filing system, order office supplies, and maintain electronic equipment 

  • Perform standard office duties, including mailing, faxing, scanning, and preparing correspondence 

  • Receive and log in mail and other deliveries. 



Site Management Support  


  • Assist the Site Manager and the Support Services Staff in coordinating the resolution of occupancy issues with participants 

  • Assist in operating the centralized maintenance tracking system 

  • Coordinate meal preparation and distribution (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) 

  • Monitoring and enforcing site Quiet Hours 

  • Monitor site cleanliness and keep offices clean and orderly 

  • Monitor surveillance cameras  

  • Supervise security officers  

  • Monitoring site supplies including utensils, food storage, participant move-in supplies 

  • Provide emergency response as needed, keeping participants and site safe and secure 

  • Perform regular Wellness Checks on participants. Inform site/ program manager if a participant is ill or hasn’t been seen for more than 72 hours.  

  • Perform emergency Wellness Checks when there is a report of a participant not feeling well 

  • Perform hourly fire and safety watch around the side. 

  • Participate in shift crossover meetings. 

  • Write hourly, at minimum, site activity entries in the program logbook. 

  • Inform the Site/Program manager of any emergencies. 

  • Assist in unit inspections for safety and habitability  

Qualifications

Requirements 


  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency (e.g., GED); associate degree-holder preferred 

  • Good customer service skills (friendly, helpful, patient, reliable, dependable, responsible, and punctual) 

  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and possess the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects-which may change in priority from day today.
