Edelman is seeking a Temporary Visual Designer to support a high-visibility, live content-driven campaign rooted in collectibles and resale culture. This role will play a key part in shaping the visual identity and execution of a multi-phase content program spanning live-stream events and supporting digital and social content.
Edelman operates at the intersection of PR, Advertising, Social, Digital, Earned Media and Experiential—creating integrated ideas that drive conversation and engagement across channels.
The RoleAs a Temporary Visual Designer, you will lead the visual development of a live-stream content series designed to build momentum and engagement ahead of multiple live events. The campaign features a personality-led format centered on learning about collectibles and how to sell, with content captured and crafted into a range of video deliverables across paid and organic platforms.
You will be responsible for establishing the overall look and feel of the program and translating it into a cohesive system of visual assets that scale across live, social, and digital environments.
What You’ll Do- Define and execute the overall visual treatment and look and feel for a live-stream content program
- Design core broadcast and video elements including end cards, lower thirds, and graphic overlays
- Develop light animation/GFX-ready assets in collaboration with motion and video teams
- Create social and static design systems that extend the campaign across paid and organic channels
- Support a multi-phase campaign promoting a series of live-stream events, including pre-event hype, live moments, and post-event amplification
- Collaborate with editors and motion designers to ensure seamless translation of design into video deliverables
- Partner with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Producers to concept and execute integrated ideas
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 3+ years of experience in visual design, preferably within an agency or content-driven environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-based work across social, digital, and video
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing for video or live-stream environments (e.g., lower thirds, overlays, end cards)
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of motion design principles and how static design translates into animation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of After Effects or motion design workflows
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns across paid and organic social channels
- Familiarity with live or event-based content programming
- Experience collaborating closely with video editors and motion designers
- Ability to develop scalable design systems that flex across platforms and formats
