Job Description
We're looking for a Temporary Resident Resolutions Coordinator (3-4 months) who will focus on Occupancy Specialist training to work at our Foxchase Apartment Homes located in Alexandria, VA. Take look at them here: foxchaseofalexandriaapts.com
This position is located in an affordable community that is covered by government regulations.
A bit more about what you'll do...
- Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script.
- Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records.
- Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments according to authority policy.
- Reviewing applications and interviews applicants for housing.
- Maintains the waiting list of applicants for housing and determines applicant eligibility.
- Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles, and applying the unique Program rules correctly including the student, unit transfer, unit vacancy and available unit rules.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related experience.
- Generally has specific experience in the regulatory occupancy field.
