Your challenges

Monitor the front entrance and front lobby to ensure all employees, contractors/vendors, and visitors are greeted, authorized, and properly signed in.

Verify visitor IDs, keep accurate log of all visitors to the building, issue appropriate access badges, notify responsible company representative for escort.

Answer telephone and transfer calls when applicable to appropriate party.

Manage distribution of package deliveries, postal mail, distribution of weekly and bi-weekly paychecks, and other items as requested by P&O managers.

Manage all required employment compliance postings for all locations in US.

Assist with filing and upload of electronic documents as needed by P&O team to maintain accurate employee files and other P&O maintained files.

Manage new employee/temp badges by creating, activating/deactivating as needed.

Notify Health and Safety team along with Facilities Manager related to any on-site disturbances.

Oversee emergency panic devices operation so they remain functional.
-
Act as point of contact for police, fire, emergency medical response in case of emergency.

Assist and support HSE team with safety, emergency crisis and evacuation/shelter-in-place drills and real events.

Primary contact for managers/employees to report unauthorized visitors/vehicles, or unlawful activity in the parking areas.

Assist talent team with scheduling interviews and coordinating arrivals of candidates for interviews.
Your expertise

High school diploma or GED
-
1-2 years' experience with P&O or related administrative tasks
