Responsibilities
Main responsibilities but not limited to the following:
- The ability to answer multi-lined phone system and transfer to the appropriate department.
- Help to maintain service department records and file accordingly.
- Maintain sales department needed supplies and assure that they receive their weekly and daily documents in a timely manner.
- Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the sitting areas for sales and service.
- Ocassionally perform mail drop off and pick up for dealership.
- Sort incoming mail and send out to the appropriate departments and dealerships.
- Greet all incoming customers and exiting customers.
- The ability to work alternating Saturdays.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A year of customer facing customer service preferred but not required.
- A year of receptionist experience preferred but not required.
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Reliable transportation required.
