Assessing complex financial models for opportunities to make efficiency improvements. Analyzes investment data, making detailed inferences or attributions. Uses latest technology tools to improve the efficiency and/or reduce the complexity of Excel workflows. Writes code that ingests and exports data to/from Excel and databases. Translates pieces of Excel models into C# code for usage on a website application. Understands real estate equity and/or debt investment. Exhibits advanced experience, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts and company objectives to develop, resolve complex models and procedures. Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization. Provides solutions to issues in creative and effective ways. Understands and works on complex issues requiring in-depth analysis. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, evaluating, adapting of complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Base Compensation Range:

$30.00 To $45.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
