Temporary Production Assistant - On Site

JOB SUMMARY

• The Production Assistant will produce and distribute internal reproduction orders in a professional, timely and efficient manner. He/She will assist as needed with special projects, mailing of marketing materials, and assist as needed with the annual Cookie Cupboard shuffle. Position dates: July 15 - Sept. 30

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produces internal reproduction requests from all departments, with major focus on production of school recruitment flyers; including imputing data, confirming corrections, copying as requested, distributing and logging into the database
• Prepares packets by copying and assembling; mail/distribute as needed
• Copies/stocks and ships forms and marketing materials as needed - parent information sheets, registration forms, brochures, marketing materials, etc.
• Assist as needed with annual Cookie Program shuffle of product between cupboards
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years previous clerical experience in an office environment preferred
• Experience with production level reproduction on multi-function copier equipment preferred
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office 2010 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple assignments
• Ability to organize and prioritize while working independently
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Physical ability to load and unload vehicles and to carry and set-up supplies and pieces of equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to complete and clear a MVR, Criminal, and National Sex Offender background check
