Temporary-to-Permanent Production Associate

Bell & Evans is seeking current third-party team members to be considered for direct employment opportunities within our Production team.

As a ByProduct Production Associate, you will perform a variety of duties related to the processing and handling of poultry products. Responsibilities may include handling, processing, packing, weighing, moving, and inspecting poultry products.

Your previous experience working at Bell & Evans through a staffing agency can provide valuable experience with our work environment, safety expectations, quality standards, and production processes.

Shift: 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd

• Perform a variety of poultry processing and production duties.
• Handle and process raw poultry products safely and efficiently.
• Pack, weigh, move, and inspect products as assigned.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Meet established safety, quality, and production standards.
• Immediately communicate safety or quality concerns to your supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work around industrial equipment and production machinery.
• Be willing to work in different departments or positions based on production and staffing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

• Have previous poultry production or food manufacturing experience.

You should be comfortable:

• Working in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments.
• Standing and moving for extended periods.
• Working around industrial equipment.
• Performing repetitive movements with your arms, wrists, and hands.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds.
• Working in different departments as production needs require.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must currently be working at Bell & Evans through a third-party staffing agency.
• Must demonstrate a strong work history and commitment to the position.
• Previous poultry production or food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work in different departments and positions as assigned.
