We rely on our Payroll Specialist to ensure that all associates within the organization are paid accurately and that any amounts deducted from payroll checks are paid to the appropriate vendor/taxing authority in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Calculates earnings from timesheets or individual timecards and posts calculated data on payroll sheets.
- May assist in preparing and distributing paychecks.
- Calculates and posts employee earnings including overtime
- Calculates vacation and sick pay
- Process individual salary rate adjustments or other changes affecting employee payroll status including new hires, transfers, layoffs, terminations, paid or unpaid leaves of absence and related actions
- Maintains required payroll files and records
- May consist of making entries, updating, and maintaining employee records within the Payroll system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior ADP and excel experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
