What you'll bring
Bring your developing skills in customer orientation, effective communication, and commercial operations. If you can manage day-to-day processes such as purchase order collection, invoicing, quotations, and renewals, support customer success management, and liaise effectively with internal teams including Risk Management through establishing trust and emotional intelligence, you are ready for this level. Familiarity with SAP Business Suite and the ability to apply complex problem solving in a fast-paced, multilingual environment will set you up for success.
- Experience in administrative and commercial operations, including purchase order management, invoicing, quotations, and renewals
- Proficiency in English and French (B2/C1 or native); Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP Business Suite and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams such as Risk Management and Finance
What you'll build
You will contribute to building reliable, customer-centric operational processes — managing PO collection and PO letters, supporting the end-to-end invoicing cycle, handling quotations, and coordinating renewals and maintenance through established workflows. You will apply demonstration skills to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders, and leverage AI-assisted automation & prototyping and AI assisted development to streamline recurring tasks and improve process efficiency. By upholding AI output quality assurance standards and putting AI assisted prototyping into everyday practice, you will help ensure SAP's internal processes and customer-facing commitments are executed with consistency and care.

Feedback suggests compensation is above average for a large enterprise software employer even if not at the very top of the tech market.
-
Leave & Time Off Breadth — Generous paid time off, holidays, volunteer time, and a formal sabbatical option are part of the total rewards. These offerings contribute meaningfully to overall value even when base salary alone may feel mid‑pack.
