Job Description:
- Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team)
- Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics
- Conduct sales administration related reports, forecast entry, etc.
- Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support
- Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, inventory
- Customer Relationship Management - account profile
- Order Management, i.e. sample, order entry, backlog confirmation/reschedule, shipment expedite/notification, RMA
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Relevant experience in Inside Sales and Client Service positions in the field of electronic industry is preferred
- Excellent proficiency in business-level English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications

- Time Management - Systematically monitor and scheduling timelines from start to end
- Communication - Clear and speed expression among Clients, Factories, Logistic, and Client Engagement Management etc.
