- Configure system modules including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and time & labor
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and migration
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure smooth implementation
- Develop and maintain implementation timelines and documentation
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot configuration issues
- Provide end-user training and implementation support
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and HR regulations
- Proven experience implementing PEO systems
- Direct, hands-on implementation experience with PrismHR (required)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Gmail and related collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a PEO environment
- Payroll and benefits administration knowledge
- Experience working in fast-paced or multi-client environments
