The Contractor shall provide oversight expertise of Commander’s Programs, MOA/MOU Programs, Service- Level Agreements, and Host-Tenant Support Agreements. The Contractor shall act as the unit monitor for the Drug Demand Reduction Program, Records Management Program and others as needed. The Contractor shall serve as the COS requirements advocate during essential negotiations for all inter-service, intra-service agreements; develop, analyze, and coordinate programming and planning documents, and identify functions and tasks to be performed by participating organizations; formulate and provide guidance in the form of correspondence to other units concerning support matters; maintain the Agreements library to ensure all agreements maintained are current and accurate; address and resolves problems with host base or parties involved in the documents.
What You Will DoThe Contractor shall provide civilian and military personnel human resource technical guidance, expertise, and management analysis, to compare, formulate, and recommend to COS leadership courses of action, methods to meet mission needs, resource adjustments, improvements in efficiency, and maximization of Squadron resources use to ensure COS is capable of providing the necessary mission support to cyberspace operations. The Contractor shall assist in 305 COS production of reports/briefing as required by leadership. The contractor shall assist in ensuring military programs, i.e., promotions, awards and decorations, and Professional Military Education (PME) selection are scheduled, coordinated, and meet appropriate timelines for notification and submission to COS, 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW), 16th Air Force (16 AF), or Air Combat Command (ACC) for action.
The Contractor shall facilitate meetings for Unit/CC and squadron staff. Facilitation duties include planning the meeting, providing the agenda, and collaborating with members; identifying problem sets, developing courses of action, providing relevant information and suggestions at the meeting, recording minutes, submitting, and maintaining documentation resulting from the meeting in an appropriate electronic Government approved shared location. The Contractor format is acceptable for meeting minutes. Documents resulting from meetings shall be furnished in Government format, see section 7.2, (U) Other Deliverable.
The Contractor shall provide administrative support utilizing various military and civilian personnel and administrative systems such as Virtual Military Personnel Flight (vMPF), Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM), MyPers, Defense Civilian Personnel System (DCPS, AKA “MyBiz+), Virtual Processing Center (vPC), Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA), Case Management System (CMS), LeaveWeb, SharePoint, Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS), Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Air Force Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (AFPAAS), the Defense Travel System (DTS) and any emerging series of Air Force personnel management systems. The Contractor shall perform Drug Demand Reduction Trusted Agent duties. Deliverables will include briefings, staff action tracking reports, and programs for official events.
Qualifications- Clearance: Active TS/SCI eligibility (willing to take a polygraph).
- Experience: 5–7 years of executive administrative or Commander Support Staff (CSS) experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Air Force units.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, and standard DoD/AF personnel systems (DTS, MilPDS, ATAAPS).
- Key Skills: High discretion, strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and clear written/verbal communication.
