What will you be doing?
- Deliver effective customer service: Provide support via phone, resolving issues timely and accurately
- Offer strong problem-solving skills: Provide innovative solutions and system modifications to address and reduce customer issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Plan, administer, and support client hardware and software devices
- Process improvement: Continually improve programs and processes through the development and implementation of practical action plans, providing quality assurance and best practices
- Follow procedures: Clear documentation and effective customer communication

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or 2 years’ experience in field or related area
- Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional and pleasant telephone manner
- Demonstrate strong PC skills and familiarity with PC operating systems (Windows 10, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
