We are seeking a proactive and diligent Temporary Academic Coordinator to support the MSCF program at our New York City location. This role serves as a vital point of contact for students, visitors, and faculty, ensuring the smooth operation of our academic and administrative functions daily.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Executive Support: Maintain the MSCF Executive Director’s calendar and manage scheduling priorities.

  • Catering & Events: Act as the primary liaison for all NYC catering needs, including orientation, faculty requests, speaker series, and corporate presentations.

  • Facilities Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for student interview and conference rooms.

  • Communications: Run mass mailings to alumni and recruiters.

  • Guest Relations: Welcomes and checks in students and visitors for appointments and events.

  • Financial Administration: Ensure the timely payment of all MSCF New York location bills.

  • Office Management: Order and upkeep office supplies for the NYC location.

  • Academic Support: Set up technology for morning classes and record student attendance.

  • Student Engagement: Collaborate with student leaders to plan campus social events.

  • Database Management: Enter and update new contacts in the recruiter database.

  • Exam Administration: Proctor exams, manage exam duplication, and act as the student point of contact for exam reviews.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.

  • Administrative support or coordination experience, preferably in a higher education setting.

  • Proficiency in basic office technology and database entry.

In accordance with the pay transparency legislation set forth by New York, the corresponding pay range for this position, if placed in New York, ranges between $25.68–$28.28 per hour.
