The Unlicensed Service Department has an opening for a Temporary Data Entry Representative on the Unlicensed Flex team. Applicants must be able to handle high volumes of work, while maintaining accuracy, organization, and detail.
What you'll do
- Complete wide variety of back-office task & processes
- Communicate and follow up with clients/agents as needed
- Review policies & updated as needed
- Process misc. mail
- Meet personal, monthly team production and accuracy targets.
This might describe you
- Effective and efficient use of computer applications including MS Office products.
- Must type a minimum of 50 wpm with 95% accuracy.
- Work well independently
- Ability to work successfully within a small, collaborative team environment. Consistent attendance is an essential job function.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of client service.
Other things to note
- This position is an in-office role at our Traverse City, Michigan location.
- The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST.
- The compensation for this position will be $16.00 hourly.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
