The Temporary Customer Operations Representative supports the order fulfillment process by processing customer sales orders, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving customer and sales-related issues. This role may also support engraving and e-commerce activities, as well as other Distribution Center responsibilities as assigned.
Core Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with brands and Sales regarding daily priorities, customer needs, advertising requirements, and cancel dates.
- Partner with the Intercompany Logistics team to resolve product availability issues.
- Coordinate with Distribution to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders, including VAS items and special requirements.
- Handle escalated customer and sales professional issues with professionalism and a high level of customer service.
- Provide customers and internal sales professionals with product and service information, order assistance, and issue resolution.
- Manage customer service inquiries through applicable communication channels.
- Manage the order fulfillment process from order entry through delivery creation and release to the warehouse.
- Support order fill rates and on-time, complete delivery expectations.
- Analyze root causes of order fulfillment and order status issues.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
SAP Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain sales orders.
- Manage incomplete orders.
- Re-price sales orders when corrections are required.
- Update cancel dates and requested delivery dates.
- Manage delivery blocks.
- Maintain VAS conditions.
- Manage inventory allocations and allocation results.
- Create deliveries.
- Process pro forma billing.
- Support export process compliance.
- Develop a basic understanding of customer master data, including pricing and partner functions.
- Develop a basic understanding of material master data, including basic and sales views.
- Develop a basic understanding of batch scheduling for ARUN.
- Develop a basic understanding of ARUN types and sales-tab settings.
- Understand how document dates drive processes and system functionality.
Operational Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and track inbound and outbound orders.
- Perform quality-control checks for inbound engraving requests and outbound shipments.
- Prepare watches and materials for engraving.
- Operate engraving software and machinery as needed and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Verify engraving information from Pulse ID.
- Ensure engraving meets accuracy, placement, and quality standards.
- Escalate engraving issues through the designated Slack channel.
- Assist in other areas of Distribution Operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of customer service or service-related experience in a similar position.
- Must be able to speak English effectively to communicate with customers, sales professionals, and internal business partners.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of customer focus.
- Ability to build positive team and business relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity and sound ethical judgment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, or weekends as business needs require.
- SAP experience preferred.

The hourly range for this position is from $18.00 to $20.00.
