Come Grow with Us! Forsite is actively looking for a Temporary Contract Records Coordinator to join our Corporate Team. This is a temporary, on-site position based in Conroe, TX, supporting a focused contract-organization project for our corporate offices. What You Will Do

  • Locate and collect all existing contracts from current storage locations (paper, email, shared drives, etc.)
  • Consolidate all contracts into a single, well-organized OneDrive folder using a clear, consistent file structure
  • Review each contract and extract key details, including parties, effective and expiration dates, rates, term length, and renewal or termination provisions
  • Record extracted contract information accurately into the provided cataloging worksheet
  • Identify and flag missing, incomplete, expired, or soon-to-expire contracts for follow-up
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of contract and business information

Must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or records management experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft OneDrive, Excel, and Word
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read, interpret, and accurately summarize contract terms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
