Perform field timber cruising and forest development tasks: develop cruise plans, conduct operational cruising, perform quality control, compile and summarize cruise data, produce final cruise maps and deliverables. Some office work and supervision/mentoring of technical assistants required.

Manage end-to-end LiDAR deliverable production, coordinating acquisition, processing, QA, and client communication to deliver LAS/LAZ point clouds, DEMs/DSMs, intensity rasters, and related products on schedule and to specification.

Manage multi‑state payroll processing and payroll journal entries, support payroll compliance and audits, prepare GAAP month‑end close schedules and bank reconciliations, provide AR/AP backup, review staff work, assist with intercompany accounting, support ERP administration and testing, and drive process improvements and internal controls.

Lead Northern BC operations for forestry services, ensuring client satisfaction, business development, team mentorship, strategic planning, and regional growth opportunities while fostering a positive safety-focused culture.

Lead and oversee general accounting functions including AP/AR, GL, payroll, and fixed assets. Manage month-end/quarterly/year-end close, audits, consolidated financial statements, technical accounting (leases, revenue recognition), variance analysis, process improvements, and staff development while providing technical guidance and ad hoc financial analysis.
