Lucet is seeking a Temporary Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) to join our team for a 3-6 month assignment. During this time, this position will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our company's culture and business goals. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing and implementing new and creative recruiting ideas. This position will work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and leadership to develop and execute effective talent strategies that support the organization’s growth.

                        • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and screens, presenting vetted talent to Hiring Teams while partnering closely with the Clinical TA Partner and TA Coordinator.
                      • Market & Pipeline Strategy
                        •  Deliver bi‑weekly insights on competitive trends, compensation shifts, NP/APP supply dynamics, and recommended search pivots or incentives.
                        • Build and maintain pipelines for high‑need markets and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding for candidates accepting offers.
                      • Process & Workflow Optimization
                        • Identify bottlenecks across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer flow; collaborate on streamlining tools, templates, and workflows to improve speed‑to‑offer.
                        • Recommend improvements to postings, messaging, and sourcing channels, using data from decline/drop‑off trends to refine approach and enhance candidate engagement.
