Supports cross-functional enterprise initiatives from discovery through implementation. Partners with business, IT, EPMO, Product, Operations, vendors, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, assess impacts, model processes, support governance, manage readiness, and improve operational efficiency. The role facilitates stakeholder alignment, business-case development, prioritization, risk assessment, change adoption, and sustainable implementation outcomes across teams, systems, data sources, and processes.

Provides senior legal advice to Human Resources, executives, and business leaders on employment law, litigation, investigations, workforce matters, and compliance. Manages disputes, agency charges, outside counsel, legal budgets, privileged investigations, regulatory inquiries, and risk mitigation. Develops legal playbooks, policies, training, and process improvements while advising on employee relations, accommodations, leave, restructuring, clinician issues, and healthcare-related confidentiality requirements.
