Provide clinical leadership and supervision for USPS EAP staff, oversee quality assurance, crisis and high-risk case consultation, training, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. Travel up to 25% and ensure clinicians meet state licensure, privacy, and contract requirements.

Supports application monitoring, performance optimization, on-call production operations, and emerging technology initiatives. The role is hybrid in Philadelphia and supports behavioral healthcare systems.

Provide peer-based support to members with serious mental illness or substance use disorders. Develop individualized recovery and wellness plans, coordinate care and community resources, assist with post-discharge stabilization, conduct outreach calls and face-to-face support, educate members and providers, and participate in team activities and professional development to promote long-term recovery and self-sufficiency.

Ensure quality and readiness of web-based applications by developing test strategies, executing manual and automated tests (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end), managing defects, and supporting UAT and production. Collaborate with product, engineering, and offshore teams in Agile ceremonies, query relational databases to validate results, and promote continuous improvement of QA practices and release readiness.

Outbound-focused role contacting insured members to schedule annual wellness/benefit exams using a progressive dialer. Build member relationships, coordinate and confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, manage high-volume multi-channel communications, and accurately document interactions and outcomes to support primary care teams.
