The Crown Is Yours
As a Temporary Candidate Experience Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how future teammates experience the hiring process at DraftKings. Sitting on the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, you'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interviews and elevate every candidate interaction. From scheduling to providing real-time support, you'll be the go-to partner for creating a smooth, engaging, and well-orchestrated journey from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that helps us deliver an exceptional hiring experience at scale.
What You'll Do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to seamlessly schedule phone and virtual interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring every interaction reflects an outstanding experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the candidate journey and improve processes for the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system to keep workflows running smoothly.
• Support interview debriefs and communication between recruiters, hiring teams, and interviewers to keep decisions moving forward.
• Contribute to team projects and process improvements that strengthen Talent Acquisition operations and elevate the overall hiring experience.

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of professional experience, including internships or co-ops that showcase your drive to grow.
• A passion for people, with Human Resources or recruiting experience as a strong plus.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 26.40 USD - 33.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
