Scripps ABC affiliate in Phoenix, is seeking a Temporary IT Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and provide essential technology support during a critical coverage period. This full-time temporary assignment runs through December 31st, 2025, with an ASAP start date, offering you the opportunity to dive right into supporting our newsroom and operations with cutting-edge technology solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide desktop support for local users to include workstations, laptops, printers, and copiers
Gather feedback from end users regarding system performance
Provide effective levels of support and guidance to employees regarding the use of systems and technologies available on the network
Provide advice and technical training to users
Maintain voice, data, and video systems
Notify appropriate management when users or the organization are negatively impacted by voice, data, or video systems issues and recommend possible solutions
Research and evaluate new technologies, make recommendations as required
Keep current with technology development, trends, and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance
Respond to technology requests and issues promptly
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; or equivalent experience
2-5 years of general IT experience
Basic knowledge of networks, business, publishing systems, and production systems

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical materials
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
