As a Temenos Implementation Specialist (Tech Lead) at Unlimit, you’ll be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions within our Temenos ecosystem. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence, building scalable solutions, and ensuring our systems operate at peak performance. Your expertise will be pivotal in architecting, implementing, and refining solutions that redefine financial services. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of Temenos solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with Unlimit’s strategic goals.
• Solution Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and actionable implementation plans.
• Mentorship and Team Management: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• System Development and Integration: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and CI/CD processes for Temenos Transact (T24) modules. Ensure seamless integration with external systems using modern architecture practices.
• Innovation and Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for improving system performance, scalability, and functionality.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Standards and Compliance: Ensure adherence to payment standards (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET) and implement best practices for security and reliability.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years in the Temenos environment, with roles such as Senior Product Engineer or similar. Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) modules, including AA, TPH, Product Builder, Integration Framework, DSF, and Design Studio. Strong understanding of databases (Oracle/MSSQL/PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS). Expertise in event-driven architecture and API integrations.
• Banking Knowledge: Solid understanding of payment standards and interfaces, including SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET, BACS, CHAPS, and FPS.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. Excellent communication and the ability to manage and inspire technical teams.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in the banking, credit card, or payment industry. Familiarity with data migration and Temenos Data Hub. Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
