Unlike many sales roles that expect experience from day one, we provide structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and daily leadership support to help you succeed in a door-to-door sales environment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent TELUS Communications through The Acquisition Group
- Engage with customers through direct, door to door community outreach
- Identify customer needs and recommend TELUS home and connectivity solutions
- Build trust through professional, respectful conversations
- Work toward clearly defined daily and weekly performance goals
- Receive ongoing feedback and coaching to continuously improve
