Reporting to: Sales Manager

Location: Country office

Nature and aim of the position

To secure, to manage and to develop a portfolio of active, inactive and new activated merchants reporting to the Sales Manager SME.

Main duties and responsibilities

o To deliver the assigned targets as per expectations

o To activate new affiliated merchants

o To manage and develop active merchants to their maximum potential

o To follow the agreed working methods and sales tools

o To provide the training to the store staff for them to be able to deliver the best performance

 

Main KPIs

o GC development

o IR development

o RR development

o Churn rate development

o Calls per year

o Number of new activated merchants

 

Relates and cooperates mainly with

o Sales Manager

o Sell-In Account Managers

o Sell-Out Account Managers

 

 

Background and Education

o Diploma as a plus

o Fluent written and spoken English and local language

o 1-2 years of experience in a B2B Telesales organisation

 

Specific skills and knowledge

o Good organisation and communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

o Excellent telephone manners and communication skills

o Ability to work under stress

o Solid understanding of customer needs

o Passion for customer service to create long lasting relationship

o Listening skills

o Full proficient in MS Office tools
