What You'll DoInitiating outbound calls to prospective customers and pitching M-KOPA Mobility products including motorbikes
Engaging existing M-KOPA customers to cross-sell additional products tailored to their needs
Following up on customer commitments to ensure successful sales closure and fulfilment of agreed terms
Meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets while maintaining high conversation quality
Ensuring all calls comply with established quality standards, call scripts, and compliance guidelines
Maintaining talk time benchmarks to drive productivity and efficient use of calling hours
Identifying and escalating customer concerns or objections to ensure timely resolution
This is a hybrid role based at our M-KOPA Mobility HQ. You will be reporting to the Telesales Team Leader – Mobility.
