Telesales Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a driven Telesales Marketing Executive to connect with customers, pitch our products, and close sales over the phone. With a competitive basic salary plus commission package, this is the perfect role for someone who’s persuasive, energetic, and hungry to achieve results.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services

• Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into paying customers

• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections confidently

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine call strategies and improve conversion rates

• Malaysian nationality (locals only – applicants must be based in Malaysia)

• 1–3 years of telesales, telemarketing, or call center experience (fresh grads with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin/Tamil is a plus)

• High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in fintech, insurance, or financial services sales

• Knowledge of CRM systems and telesales workflows

• Previous success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
