Telesales Lead

We’re looking for a results-driven Telesales Lead to guide our telesales team, drive conversions, and ensure we consistently exceed sales targets. With a basic salary plus commission package, this is a leadership role for someone hungry to win and skilled at motivating others to do the same.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a telesales team to hit and surpass daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Make outbound calls to key prospects and close high-value sales when needed

• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve results

• Develop telesales scripts, pitch materials, and training modules to sharpen sales effectiveness

• Handle escalations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate reports on team performance and sales metrics for management review

• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and conversion

• Malaysian nationality (locals only – applicants must be based in Malaysia)

• 3–5 years of telesales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role

• Proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales targets

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a sales team

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Background in fintech, insurance, or financial services telesales

• Experience setting up and scaling telesales teams in startups or high-growth companies

• Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales automation tools
