Seeking a Telesales Representative to join our team. This role involves generating sales, closing deals over the phone, and building strong customer relationships. you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to potential customers and businesses to introduce and promote our services.

• Delivering Scripts: Present compelling, scripted sales pitches that effectively communicate our services’ benefits.

• Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Contact past and potential customers, nurturing leads and encouraging repeat business.

• Customer Engagement: Answer customer inquiries, provide detailed service information, and handle objections professionally.

• Sales Closing: Use persuasive selling techniques to secure bookings and convert leads to paying clients.

• CRM & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress and follow- ups in the CRM system.

• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams, providing feedback on customer preferences and sales trends.

• Must have at least two to three years’ experience as in telesales, sales, or lead generation.

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in health, wellness, or corporate services).

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively

  • Ability to handle objections and turn hesitant leads into paying clients

  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable working with sales scripts while also being adaptable in conversation.

  • Proficiency in CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet sales targets.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
