We’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Insurance team. 

Basic salary - £26,808, OTE £7,500 (uncapped and guaranteed for first 4 months)

You will speak directly to landlords to offer the opportunity to buy insurance products that are valuable in the world of rentals. You will be instrumental in providing an outstanding customer experience. 

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, who work together to reach their targets, help each other in developing their skills and celebrating their wins as team. You’ll work closely with other Telesales Executives, and report into the Sales Manager in the team, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.  

A typical week as an Outbound Telesales Executive might involve:

  • Outbound calls to landlords to sell insurance, understand their needs and maximise sales opportunities. 
  • Achieving set targets and KPI’s. 
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience making the landlords insurance solutions as easy as possible. 
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to build relationships and share learnings to deliver the best outcomes for landlords. 
  • Recording information in relevant databases and ensuring the lead portal is kept up to date. 
  • Explaining compliance regulations to landlords and adhering to these processes. 
  • Attending relevant compliance, product, and service training.
