What you deliver
- Conduct telesales activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels to introduce the company's products/services.
- Understand customer needs and expectations to provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, including sales volume, potential customers, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Service to improve service quality and support sales efforts.
Who you are
- At least 2 years of telesales experience selling to business clients.
- College or University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Understanding of the company's products/services.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Proficient in using computers and related software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM).
