Telesales Executive

Position Description 

The purpose of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, presenting information about dlight products, answering any questions the customers could have and persuading the customers to make purchases. 

R&Rs 

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared sales scripts.
  

• Effectively communicate information about the features, benefits, and pricing of the d.light products.
  

• Identify and understand customer needs, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  

• Deliver a compelling sales pitch to persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
  

• Follow through and ensure sales are closed and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.
  

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  

• Gather customer feedback for purposes of continuous improvement.
  

• Support in collections for customers below 90 days
  

• Support the call center teams during peak hours in the call blending team
  

• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
  

Desired Skills and Experience 

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  

• Atleast 1 year prove experience in telesales or a similar role
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Ability to work well in a target- driven envirornment
  

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
  

• Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections
  

• Positive and motivated attitude
